Each color possesses frequencies of a specific vibration, each vibration is related to different physical symptoms. A crystal light bed is a vibrational healing tool that helps balance the physical, mental, emotional & spiritual areas of the body. Our light bed uses hand carved clear quartz crystals with light emitted at specific wavelengths to activate each of the 7 chakras w/added brain-sync frequency music. This session delivers benefits to promote wellness on many levels. For a light bed session, clients remove their shoes then lie fully clothed on a massage table below the suspended crystals. Once comfortable, the eyes are covered, soft music is played, and pulsating lights shining through the crystals are turned on. All the individual needs to do is relax, listen to the music, let go, or even fall sleep.
